To be a "Vicky Weaver" is to have no chance against the federal and state government.

Vicky Weaver was the wife of Randy Weaver at the Ruby Ridge standoff. The government had so much derogatory information that they were waging a genocide and a Christian fundamentalist/white supremacist takeover of the government.
