It means that the hood knows you and the block rocks with you and If one of your goons go down you go down wit em. It could be from the neighborhood you're from or a different neighborhood. Again if one of your guys go down. You go down wit em. Its the bro code. And if you get hurt cause you got your guys back, you all get a scar. In the hood. Its also a J.I song titled "Hood Scars". So Hood Scars basically means the bro code.

Any amateur tattoo artist that distributes and sells tattoos either without a proper liscence, or without credible experience. A tattoo from a scar vendor will typically become infected or it may not be what one originally wanted.

Most of us see fame as something amazing og extraordinary. Something that brings happiness to your hart, and makes your feel loved. Well while this might be true sometimes fame will still have some costs i the long run, and some of those costs your gonna have to live with for the rest of your life. And this, is what I call "The Scar Of fame".
