Why wouldn't an athlete feel like 100 percent was enough, especially when you're hardly ever near one hundred percent most of the time?

Two hundred percent seems like it would blow out the athlete before the athlete was finished with the season or retirement.

Instead, they make excuses for everything. These obnoxious fans are not to be taken seriously, as they "facts" they try to spill are totally ridiculous and they honestly give the 20% good Cowboys fans a bad name.
