(n.) To duck out on plans last minute in order to stay home and get high. Can also be used to describe going somewhere else, if it's solely for the purpose of getting high.

Matt: Umm, something came up last minute- I might not make it... I'll keep you posted.

Flake Case

A person, typically Christian, who is your friend at first but then forgets about you, commits to other people when they're bored, show their interest in those people until they get bored with them and someone "more awesome" comes along. They normally talk about how much they "love" you but never act on it, because Jesus is the only real person who will be their bff, even though they say everyone else will be.
My roommate is a flake case. I used to be friends with her but now she pushed me away. Boo.
