A weird town where there little league teams wear their cups on the outside of their black baseball pants. Definitely stay away, unless you want to catch "CPS", Carle Place Syndrome.

My little brother played Carle Place in baseball yesterday, they won 50-0 and those losers were wearing their cups outside of their baseball pants.

place it up

to just do something big, whether it be good or bad. placing it up benefits you and is used to your own limitation. Nobody can place it up too much. Placing it up refers to playing sports, doing good things, doing something amazing, or just getting fucked up. Placing it up can be done by anyone as long as they believe strongly that they are gonna do what they say they do, and to just keep their head up high.
