The Good Place

Best. Show. Ever.
Elenor Shullstraup (Kristen Bell) died in a parking lot trying to buy some margarita mix for one. She is now in the good place, no not heaven, the good place. The creator of this "neighborhood" is Michael. Chidi, a ethical proffesor is Elenor's "soulmate" But this all ends. Elenor is a really really bad person. Rude, unreliable, cheap Elenor confesses and wants help. She gets it from Chidi. Throughout the episodes there is hillarious scenes, heartwarming scenes and plenty more. Plus it's fake, she was in the bad place. FIND OUT MORE! It is not cheesy! Go forking watch it! By the way: YOU CAN'T CURSE!!!!

(v) To reference a place you've been during a conversation, whether or not it is appropriate, for the purpose of pointing out you've been there. Similar to namedropping, save that the object is to point out that you've been somewhere, not that you were with someone.

Person 1: I'm trying to lay off hard alcohol for a while.
Person 2: Oh, me, too -- ever since I was in Cabo last month, I've been watching what I drink.
Person 3: Way to placedrop Cabo in the conversation.

I like Sean, but he's constantly placedropping Chicago, like he's so cool for having gone there on vacation.

It was about halfway through the conversation that I realized I'd placedropped London six times, not even meaning to bring up my summer there.

Also known as: Hangtown or P'ville
A small town in the Sierra Nevada Foothills known for Placer Mining during the California Gold Rush, Wheelbarrow Racing, the bars Poor Red's (where the Golden Cadillac was created) and the Hangman's Tree (where a mannequin hangs from a noose over Main Street), and having too many antique stores.
Also the hometown of locally hated hack painter Thomas Kinkade, whose bad art graces everything from "collectible" plates to Beanie Babies. His style is encompassed in the phrase "If you've seen one, you've seen 'em all."
