To switch our brain off from devices

To unravel our bodies in the opposite way to the one we hold them in when on a device.

To release ourselves from work, computers, technical communications and reset all that needs to be reset so that we don’t wind up shrivelled, hunched over with a cervical spine bump, lower back pain and a constant headache.

I need to dedevice before I present what I’ve been working on for hours on end!
