A Pokémon from the 7th generation of Game Freak's pokemon series. It is the first pre-evolution of a legendary to be introduced into the series and evolves into one of the legendaries. While obtainable in-game, it's fairly useless and serves as much purpose as a magikarp. Less, actually, as it only knows splash up until level 40, as opposed to magikarp's level 21.

When an inmate purchases a cosmic brownie from the commissary and places the brownie in his pocket to warm it up. Once the brownie is warmed up, the inmate opens the package and proceeds to enter the warm brownie with his penis.
