A word that me and my friend made up to describe when we're lost and/or don't follow something. Only we later discoverd that we weren't as original as we thought and other people used it too much to our annoyance. Bastards. But to our credit we started the trend!

you love someone, but dont know why.

you love someone, but you dont know why because you see nothing good in the person, so you are confuzzled about it and confuzzled is a cross between puzzled and confused. Therefore it means confuzzled love.

The act, art, or state of being that involves being so utterly confused that you have no idea which way is up...or what in the fuck is even going on.

An awesome way of saying "confused", but instead of saying confused you add some z's and…then you confuzzle everyone one by saying "confuzzled" a lot…so yeah.
