plot armor is when a scriptwriter/author/anyone composing a story is clearly keeping a certain character/idea alive despite many situations where said thing would've perished given normal circumstances and logic. Normally it's because it's a main character and/or important further in the story and/or if said character is the author's favorite.
Alternatively, the term is often used in real life to refer to a person/thing that miraculously survived a situation that would otherwise prove harmful/fatal

I was reading this book and the main character has got to have plot armor... He was in a fight against 6 guys each twice his size and he somehow won!
'Guys, I just fell down 3 flights of stairs and I'm completely fine!'
'how'd you manage that?!'
'I must have plot armor...'

Nectar from the gods (or Angel piss) that is formulated to allow you to imbibe - and not wake up feeling like a little bitch.
I drank alcohol armor while I got hammered last night… I woke up and went to the gym. Then went to a soup kitchen - as in a gangbang in a Prius.

That guy in the office who really gets under your skin, the one to whom you would have the pleasure of gifting a right-hook.
-"Hey, do you want some milk?"
-"Is it soya? I only drink soya.."
-"..F**K YOU!!"
-" That is the last time I offer milk to 'A shite in nylon armor'"

Metal, armor, chains, or scales tattooed on one's body to make one appear to be tougher than one actually is. The process does not make one's skin tougher, but tends to actually tenderize the muscles, having an adverse effect on the relative toughness of the skin.
