Non-active military personnel, meaning reservists. Reservists in the military only work on the weekends. Usually used by active duty guys as joke to lightly make fun of reservists.

Weekend Warrior's first and most relevant use of weekend warrior was coined in the regular (full-time) army as a disparaging/derogatory reference to the National Guard from as far back as the Vietnam War.
Oh no, check it out Sergeant, here come the weekend warriors. Corporal, it looks like we're on babysitting duty.

A clueless meathead type of guy (usually a bro) that goes to the gym only on friday and saturday night before hitting the club, so that he can get a temporary muscle swell to show off for stupid girls. Muscles swell after a workout of heavy weightlifting, so they are posing as muscular when all they are is a bunch of wussies trying to show off imaginary size.
