"WALT" is the name given to someone who tells stories beyond belief. Named after the famous story teller, Walt Disney, this person is known to "1 Up" anyone in the room. Typically found alone at parties and the bar scene as they are quickly shunned by non believers.
By the end of the party, Mike's friend from out of town, will now be known as "Walt." He told the most ridiculous stories I've every heard. We all just responded, "OK, Walt!"
