Timeserver

A person who is always saying "YES" or "That's Amazing" to the boss or upper management; thinking that this will get them the undeserved promotion they think they are entitled to.

A person who changes their opinion only to "fit in" and really doesn't have that opinion.

Taken from the British definition of "Timeserver."

Ben is such a timeserver; always agreeing with the managers opinion of whatever new policy the management rolls out.

God, Stefan is so annoying always nodding his head and saying "Great idea" no matter what comes out of the managers mouth....He is such a timeserver.
