After my trauma, I became a survivor. Once I got far enough into my journey of healing, I became a thriver.

Someone who survives with class and gumption. It's a person who refuses to give up. An example is MacGyver... the TV character who used a lot of duct tape and his Swiss Army Knife.

carnage thriver 

when someone (typically a borgen) cannot help him/herself to cause carnage

Guy 1- "OMG that guy is such a carnage thriver, he cant help kicking over drinks and stuff"
Guy 2- "yeh blud he just thrives off carnage, he's probably a borgen"

Survivor thriver

Someone who has been through a major life experience, like a mental health condition, who survives and thrives as a result.

That woman has a bipolar diagnosis, she has experienced major depression and manic episodes. She is a survivor thriver and is now living her best life.
