Cut the grease

‘Cut the Grease’ - in typical Italian/Korean households, one must take a shot after their bite of whatever they are consuming. This type of food usually has a higher fat content so this method is essentially used to help... ‘cut the grease’.

this allows for more consumption of food...and one can get a nice buzz as well.

The preferred drink of choice is Soju, Vodka or Mezcal. Wine does not count.

I just had this briscuit, and now I need something to cut the grease. Lupe, do you have any Soju? I need to cut the grease.
