Snarter

A word used in Canada to define the exploits of gentlemen who snif the bicycle seats of ladies in the Summer.
This word was first used by a Canadian Officer during the Second World War. He was stationed at Bawdsey Manor in Suffok with my father, who was bemused when he used the word.

Old Bill would spend his Summer days snarting ladies warm bycicle seats on the streets of Toronto, making him a Snarter.

Function: Noun or Verb

Noun:

1. The combination of the nouns "Snitch" and "Hater", creating the word "Snater".

2. A expletive used for an individual that "snitches" on another person out of jelousy or envy, also regarded as "Hatin'".

3. An individaul that "dry snitches" on others they feel hostile towards.

1. To "snitch" and "hate" on a person at the sametime.

One who behaves in an angry, annoying, rude, mean, or no-fun attitude, while simultaneously screwing you over in any way.

(Being a dick) + (Shafting someone) = Dickey Shafter

Jack - "Yesterday Marcus made me late for our double date because he took 45 minutes to shower. Once he got in the car, he kept telling me that he is going to hate the movie that we're going to see, and he was spitting insults left and right!"

Dickey Shafter

Someone who often throws another under the bus for their own benefit. Often, this culprit makes up excuses as to why he or she screwed over the other person. This person is also a large, veiny dick.

*After an hour or two of waiting, Noah comes to the conclusion that Martin isn't coming to get Noah to drive him to the party*
*Noah decides to call Martin up*
