It's a combination of the word shit and stuff, but it stands for shit that makes me tuff.

You gotta learn to roll with shtuff happening in your life (e.g., a breakup, an accident, your dog dying), as it's schtuff that builds character and makes you stronger.

Shtuff is another word coined by the Midwest Rapper and DJ, DJ KChop. Shtuff is a combination word of shit and stuff. You can use shtuff in place of the word stuff or the word shit.

When you attempt to say the word ‘shit’ but catch yourself and censor yourself by changing it at the last second to the word ‘stuff’, causing the two words to blend together.
