Get the shirker mug.To have your wants and needs as a resident of the 46th ward of Chicago ignored, and to divide the electorate by using misinformation, intimidation, and threats of having your subsidized housing taken away from you for voting the opposition. Also to have high density, low income housing built despite the overwhelming evidence that this type of housing project does not and will not work.
The good people of Uptown and the 46th ward of Chicago got shillered when their alderman ignored them.
