To have an abnormally large scrotum. The sack is often larger than most and hangs lower down. The size of the penis is not a factor in being a scrotateous individual.

German for "paramedic". Definitely did NOT become common with BFV; I don't know how you can even think that. If its usage in BFV was "common", then it was likely no more common than its usage in, I don't know, WORLD WAR TWO or something, not to mention the fact that it was used exactly one decade prior to BFV in Call of Duty: World at War in 2008. And I am sure it has been used in many other WWII games prior to BFV as well.

Somebody that's aware that their smart but uses their brains in a stupid manner. In most cases, they get so full of themselves to point where all they want to do is show everybody how smart they are. However, in reality every word that comes out of their mouth is utter and complete nonsensense, mainly because it is. They begin to lie about how impressive there life is and how their ahead of you, but truthfully they don't have a job. Once you put this person in a nice shirt and tie, then they truly become a fuckbag, especially is college/university setting.

Dam smartiates! Always talking about something so complex to the point where it doesn't even make sense!
