A girl with a perfect body and clear skin. Rhoneishas are really emotional and selfless when ur comes to the people that they care for. They are generous but stingy. They are quite when around new people but once they become closer to you they are really energetic and exciting to be around. They hate being in the spotlight and don't hang out with all of people. They don't trust people easily. They hardly forgive or apologize to people. Rhoneishas love people that genuinely appreciate them. They are really silly and goofy. They HATE being lied to and rather someone be completely honest about something bad than lie to make themselves seem good.

2.) NOUN. - U.S. worker earnings removed from the economic system and off-shored to foreign banks by former GOP Governor Mitt Romney and other super wealthy U.S. citizen's to avoid paying more in U.S. income taxes.

The slow economy and low circulation of cash among U.S. workers is due to the 13 trillion of RMoney that is inaccessible to workers as loans to build and grow the U.S. economy.
