The black tar substance that accumulates on the ends of joints and blunts. It can also be scraped out of smoking apparatus ie. pipes

I had no weed left so i scraped my bowl and got a headache high from some resin i collected.

Resin

A dark sticky residue that forms inside smoking accesories.

AKA: leftovers, scrapings, poor mans hash

The chemical reaction of fire causes the smoking product (tobacco, marihjuana, etc...) to leave residues, or "resin" on the inner portions of pipes, bongs, even papers; which can be salvaged by scraping and then re-burned giving a slightly lesser effect than the original material, but still a quaint buzz if you're lucky :D

the dirtiest form of cannabis. has to be burnt and scraped in order to be smoked in a joint/whatever and its just nasty.
