Pinch hitter

The act of anal on an individual that is pinching one off. Also refered to act when one has left behind some fecal matter on ones genitals when pulling out.

Todd took Barney to the shower to be a pinch hitter. That bathroom still stinks like shit!

A temporary "replacement:" boxer who does indeed "fill in" at a match for a temporarily-absent pugilist, but who also gives his opponent painful "finger-and-thumb hickeys" during said competition.

One should make an extra effort to defeat his boxing-opponent early on in the game if he turns out to be a pinch-hitter.
