Someone who has suddenly found new wealth but does not know what real class or real taste is and behaves like their former class status.

BoB - I recently inherited 50 million dollars from a deceased estate. I only found out last night whilst watching footy and smoking and drinking. Good thing the caravan I was living in had a phone.

John - wow!!... what are you going to do with all that money?

BoB - well I'm going to party hard and get laid every day. I'm going to buy a monaro and buy a house that has lots of budha statues and look-a-like van gogh paintings and shop at MYERS and get my self a smart wife but is tarty.
