"Panga" is an Argentine expression that refers to a group of barbiturates or medicines used for psychological problems.Normally the mixture of alcohol and pills is defined as such.

It is also used as an adjective to describe individuals, isolated from society, very thinking or with habits not common to society.

Tonight we're out partying and I'm carrying a panga.
