Palindrone

A common mode of speech whereby the soliloquyst babbles in seeming eloquence but actually manages to say next to nothing relevant –nor coherent, by dangling gerunds, mangling prepositions, randomly exiling nouns and verbs and/or using verbs better left as nouns, often even flatly contradicting him/herself.
Example of use:
"At Todd's old church in Wasilla, they spoke in tongues. Maybe that’s where he picked up his palindrone."

Example of palindrones:
“With the impacts of climate change, what we can do about that, as governor, I was the first governor to form a climate change subcabinet to start dealing with the impacts.”

“You know, there are man’s activities that can be contributed to the issues that we’re dealing with now, with these impacts.”

“If Americans so bless us and privilege us with the opportunity of serving them, ... we will progress the agenda.”
– Sarah Palin, 2008 VP debate.

Palindrones

Extreme right-wing supporters of Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin who follow her blindly and uncritically (e.g., those who see her interview flubs as marks of homespun authenticity, and who, presumably, would praise her eloquence whether she read her talking points backwards, forward, or upside down).
While many voters regard Palin's gaffes and misstatements with concern, Palindrones see them as a badge of honor for the "Joe Sixpack" crowd.

Palindrone

In the posing of a question to Sarah Palin, the case in which her answer is so long and so incoherent that it may as well have been said backwards.
Student: "Uhhh I didn't understand a single thing my poli sci. prof said today, it sounded like a Palindrone."

Palin: "But ultimately, what the bailout does is help those who are concerned about the health-care reform that is needed to help shore up our economy, helping the—it's got to be all about job creation, too..."
Debate moderator: "I'm sorry, you just Palindroned off there, I couldn't quite understand."

Palindrone

Everyhing that spews from the mouth of Vice-Presidental candidate, Sarah Palin. No matter what she says,or how she says it, it all sounds bad. A very annoying voice. Damn, I hope McCain doesn't die anytime soon.
MY friend says "Okay, so she's a milf, but she'd better have a gag in her mouth and had a lobotomy. DAMN her voice is annoying!" That's some kind of Palindrone.
