Scrambled eggs (not yet cooked) Poured into the donor's rectum. Mixture is then released into a pan and ingredients are formed and cooked into an omlette. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro.

I had the best portuguese omlette the this morning. It had corn, lettuce, peanuts, and a hint if lime.
