A person; usually male, with black hair. See noirette for the female equivalent.

Rin Okumura (see Blue Exorcist) is a sexy noiret.

Noirette is the black haired eqivilant to brunette.

That beautiful girl's hair should be considered "Noirette" instead of raven head or brunette. Noirette is a much more befitting term for black hair that exquisite.

hillbilly film noir

This is a small but important genre of film that fits all of the forms of the classic film noir, but is set in a bleak, impoverished Appalachian setting. This type of film features corruption, crime, moral ambiguity, a hero in conflict, and a mysterious woman. In many of them, moonshining or bootlegging or some other indigenous Southern form of unlawful activity is featured.

Robert Mitchum's "Thunder Road" and Gregory Peck's "I Walk the Line" are two very important examples of the hillbilly film noir.

A vain yet hilarious man portrayed by Noel Fielding on the BBC TV show The Mighty Boosh. Most famous for his hairstyle and boots but also for his humour and the fact every indie girl who reads NME fanices the pants off him.

That girl looks like Vince Noir with that trendy mullet.
