Someone who acts like a gangster, they usually threaten other people, behave like gangsters but more stupid, and they talk like gangsters when really most of the time they are just white boys who want to look cool for fame or something.

The 12 year old whiteboy in my 3rd period is a netbanger.

The worst place to live on the Gold coast of Australia. This place is filled with dirty bogans that all drive shitty Holdens. They use these cars to pick up girls from the white-pants variety. These girls are easy and will put out to look cool.
