the Knowledge

The Knowledge is the in-depth study of London street routes and places of interest that taxicab-drivers must complete to obtain a licence to operate a black cab. It was instigated in 1851, and has changed little since.

It is the world's most demanding training course for taxicab-drivers; and applicants will usually need at least 12 'Appearances' (attempts at the final test), after preparation averaging 34 months, to pass the examination.

Your mate doesn't stand a chance to pass the Knowledge no matter how hard he tries!

Knowledge Shopping

When someone criticizes you for being an idiot or not knowledgable either because you don't read books or don't keep up with news and current events. The person then goes out to a store and buys an item that if seen by the other would increase his respect of him. There are two results of this. The criticized person would then take the bought item and then never look at it or use it or they could return/sell it after a couple of days.
Jared: Mike you're a fucking idiot you don't know anything!!
Mike: Screw you i'm smart

Mike walks into B&N and buys Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code
Jared sees Mike

Jared: Whoaaaa you're gonna read that book??
Mike: Yeah man i've read all of his books

Jared to himself: Jesus Christ Mike is soooo smart!!

Mike to himself: HAHAHA im soooo knowledge shopping im never gonna read a book longer than 10 pages lol

Patchouli Knowledge

Patchouli, sometimes nicknamed 'Patchy', is a witch that lives in the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She is mostly seen in the library, which holds a vast amount of books. She is incredibly smart and well acquainted with magic, but, because of her poor health, she is unable to put her talents to good use.

She's fairly short and spends most of her time reading. She is often seen in her lavender colored dress, has purple hair and eyes. She wheres a hat that matches her dress and it has one blue and one red ribbon attached to it. There is also a crescent moon attached to the front of her hat.
Person 1: Patchouli Knowledge is my favorite Touhou character.
Person 2: I like Patchy, but she's really not that interesting, all she does is read.

Street Knowledge

It’s the knowledge/wisdom that comes from the streets, with the act of experiencing things outside your bubble. One must walk, alone or with somebody, to know the extent of reality.
A man must not only be wise, but know how things work in practical means.
Street knowledge tells you the places you should go, and the places you don’t. Same thing applies to life.

Knowlesy Time

The art of vertically defecating into a toilet in an unnecessarily furious manner. The act is performed stood up facing towards the toilet cistern whilst performing the traditional maori haka. A Knowlesy Time, if performed correctly, can provide a gigantic “mermaids kiss” to the gooch depending on the weight of the defecation.
Mate, Ken left the bathroom unlocked and I accidently walked in on him doing a Knowlesy Time. He was screaming his head off and there was shit all over the shop, it was sweet.
