A large line of cocaine usually forced on to another by way of peer pressure, usually from a close friend. Always sniffed as a line, never as a bump and its size is always too large for what your friend thinks you can handle. The next day, the two friends usually talk about the big jammers taken the night before.
(peer-pressuring best friend) "Come on bro, do a big jammer."

(you) "No way, man."

:somehow you wind up taking multiple jammers:
(the next day)

"so how about those jammers last night!"

Used to describe a musician who plays in a public area (ie, a show or party) with a number of other musicians; together, they improvise, or jam and it sounds beautiful!
One of the most creative and wonderful practices EVER, jamming is usually assciated with eclectic rock or jazz. Jammers are godlike.
Dude, check out that jammer! He's not following any music and it still sounds awesome!

Someone who 'jams' up a gaydar. Someone who gays but is straight. Or someone who acts straight but is gay.
Guy one: Ugh, I can't tell if that hottie is gay or straight.
Guy Two: I know, he shops at American Eagle but he listens to Abba
Guy one: What a total jammer!
