Jackalope

An endearing name for outdoor enthusiasts from the eastern sagelands of the Cascadian Bioregion, Great Basin, and greater American Sagelands. Fiercely independant and largely self reliant, the amiable Jackalopes happily fufill the roles of steward and protector of Cascadia's vast eastern frontier.

Today some outstanding Jackalopes organized a trash party at Owyhee State Park to enrich our community and keep our precious Sagelands clean of litter.

Adolescent who is always jumping about and behaving with no rhyme or reason. Mouth is moving, but brain is not engaged.
Sometimes exhibits uncontrollable or restless hand and foot syndrome.

The teacher was trying to maintain a disciplined and learning class atmosphere. It became necessary to move all the jackalopes to the front row, where she could keep a careful eye on them.

Jackalope

Most commonly referred to as the mythical beast, it is often used as a damning insult for those that don't like to cuss. The more nonsense words put in front of jackalope the more a jackalope that person is.

Did you see that knocked-kneed, bent nosed, argon sniffing jackalope cut me off?

I know what a jerk.
