Noun. A person who is socially awkward and not outgoing.

Stems from people who go swimming but just hang on the edge because they are too scared to actually swim.

Also comes from the popular 80s movie Sixteen Candles, at the school dance there a bunch of freshman nerds who just lean against the wall and scope out chicks but just hug the wall the whole time

"Check out those wall huggers over there."
"Ha, such nerds."

EXAMPLE 2
"How was the club last night."
"Shit man it sucked, just a bunch of wall huggers and sluts."

Hugger-mugger is unusual as it can be used as both a noun and an adjective.

When used as an adjective it can mean either confused and disorderly or secret and clandestine. As a noun it refers either to disorder and confusion or secrecy or secretive behaviour.

His behaviour is hugger-mugger.
The rally descended into hugger-mugger.

A person who overly likes or has an unhealthy obsession with Obama.

Much like a tree hugger only in relevance to Obama rather than the environment.

Obama-lover-friend: Oh my gosh, i went to the mall today and guess what i got!
Me: Oooohh, what!
Obama-lover-friend: I got an Obama tank top, flip flops, hoodie and even a poster to go right on my bedroom wall!
Me: Obama hugger.
Obama-lover-friend: Whaaaa?
Me: Oh. Nothing. :)
