A person usually a female that just doesnt enjoy their life and therefore sells their body for cash. And sometimes doesnt even ask you for cash. In other words an emo slut, whore, or prostitute.

Some kid: Did you see that new girl Susie in class today, she has cuts all over her arms.
Some other kid: Yeah, shes a dirty Hazinski, trust me i'd know.
