frecha

A woman with bad taste in clothes and music, often chews gum, and talks on the phone loudly. Usually has no awareness or respect for her surroundings. (Male version is a frech). Pronounced freh-ch-ah (ch like in Chanukkah).

That woman with the panther-print purse talking on her phone is such a frecha.
