A combination of "for" and "real." Means "totally", and in some cases can be used in place of "I know right". Can be spelled "frealz", "forreals", etc.
It's also a way to agree with someone.

Person 1: Dude, did see that girl? She was so hot.
Person 2: Freals.
Person 1: I can't believe she'd do that! What a bitch.
Person 2: Freals! She's a big fat whore too!

Used in the song "freal love" by Far East movement and Marshmellow, it refers to doing anything to keep their relationship going. Freal is a shortened way of saying " for real"
Girl: I'm so done with him
Girl 2: Don't give up with love yet!
Girl 1: I didn't give up, I'd still do anything freal love!
Girl 2: Don't give up with love yet!
Girl 1: I didn't give up, I'd still do anything freal love!

Using formal English phonemics, "freal doe" is translated into "for real, though." This phrase can be either said as a question, exclamation, or after what is said to be fact.
"Dude, you know that kegstand champion girl from last night that passed out twenty minutes later? Got her number, freal doe." (A high five may ensue).
"Whoa, DJ AM is dead."
"No way, freal doe?"
"Grandma, I got into Harvard. Freal doe!" (Again, a high five may ensue).

The cooler way of saying "For real, though", but when targeted to the wrong crowd, you can sound like a complete dumbass.

The lazy way of saying "for real", which is an affirmative phrase to be used when agreeing with somebody. This term can also be used when there is nothing else to say in a conversation, and is not usually said enthusiastically or with much emphasis.
Example 1= Bobby: "Man, strict parents are the worst"
Timmy: "Freal"
Example 2= Manny: "I hate snowy weather"
Gretchen: "Freal"
Timmy: "Freal"
Example 2= Manny: "I hate snowy weather"
Gretchen: "Freal"
