Fraz is a word-smush of fangirl and spaz. To fraz is to fangirl spastically in a major way. The male equivalent is to braz.

"I didn't get any homework done cos I was frazzing over BIGBANG's new song!"

stemming from the root word tool, this style of personality is found in a white male from a small town but has a slightly urbanized sense of being, with slightly off centered ball caps and high percentage of wardrobe from name brand 'white kids' clothing stores such as hollister.
