A portmanteau of Starbuck's "Frappuccino Happy Hour," a two-week long period, usually in late summer, where their grande frappuccinos are on sale for $2 between 3 and 5pm.

Guy1: It's so hot today but frappuccinos are so expensive.
Guy2: No worries, it's frappy hour! $2 frappuccinos until 5!

An expression derived from the Guster song of the same name, "happy frappy" is a term mixing joy and frothy beverages. If you are happy frappy, you are feeling very well, and are most likely indulging in something delicious.

i was on a trip with a friend and we were at starbucks and the lady making our coffee...well we never saw her till we got the coffee and shr didnt speek english and she has a thick ass BLACK mustache and instead of saying "caremel frapaccino" she said "frappy lappy"
