Midwest derivation of the term Douchebag. Someone who sucks in all aspects of life.

-The Fouchebag twins can't buy a bucket.

A foosebag is in the same category as douchebag, toolbag, cockknocker, etc.
It describes anyone who deserves to be called a foosebag.

Someone so cocky about how tragicly good they are at the game of fooseball, they're worthy of this moniker. Basicly, a fooseball-douchebag, if you haven't already deduced that.

God, you're a real fooshbag... what with all the snide remarks about my defense and the demeaning cries of victory, I think it's safe to call you a grade A foosh'.
