fresh outta closet or FOC is a term referring to homosexuals who have recently come out to the world and try to exhibit this by overtly making it evident.

Guy 1: Heyy! did you see him?
Guy 2: yes! he is acting weird. I mean everyone knows that he is gay, but he just seems to over-express that fact.

Fresh-out-the-closet, pronounced "fock".

Sort of like a FOB, but refers to a closet gay just newly coming out with his/her homosexuality.

After feeling such relief of letting go of his/her burden (having to hide his/her homosexuality) he or she becomes giddy with acceptance and garners much attention from other homosexuals or closet gays.

G: "Hey, my friend just just came out of the closet?"
J: "Really? So he's a FOC."
G: "Yeah man, and he's been telling me he's been getting hit on by all these other guys. He couldn't be happier."

FOC

Friend (or Friends) of Convenience - A person or people who want to associate with you because of something you can offer. Also known as users or hangers-on. Typically found in relationships where the FOC needs or wants something but then does not have the wherewithal or character to reciprocate or understand the social ramifications. Generally ignorant, FOC's usually do not realize they are being such as they tend self absorbed and incapable of looking at a situation from another's perspective.

They only came over because we had a keg and a full bar, that's so FOC.

My sister-in-law is an FOC. She only wants to hang out when Beyonce is over.

Once my money ran out, so did the FOCs.
