This phrase is often used by the ”gang community”.

It is most commonly used when somebody really gets in your face, then you just start tickling them, and he starts tickling you. You know, pretty soon you're laughing and hugging. Before you know it, you’ve forgotten the whole thing. Y’all can go to church together and get an ice cream cone.
