Doaba

Doaba is the region of Punjab between Beas and Sutlej rivers. People of this region are given the demonym "Doabia". The dialect of Punjabi spoken in Doaba is called "Doabi". The worldwide used word "Kidaa" is a Doabi word. The term "Doaba" or "Doab" is derived from Persian (do āb "two water") meaning "land of two rivers". It is also referred to as Bist Doab (Bi- for Beas and -st for Sutlej).
This area is also called the NRI Hub of Punjab as a consequence of the migration of a significant percentage of Doabias.

The following districts are classified as Doaba:

Hoshiarpur
Kapurthala
Jalandhar
Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (formerly Nawanshahr)

DWOB

DWOB is an acronym for Date With Out Benefits. It is when a guy takes a girl out that he has no chance with, but continues to buy her things even though he knows he has no shot with her. May also be mistakenly referred to as a "not-date."

He's so pathetic when he takes her on all of those dwobs.

DWAB

DWAB refers to Dog With a Blog, a Disney show consisting of an uptite girl, dumb older brother, hilarious little sister (Chloe aka Maddie) and a talking dog, Stan. Definitely not as good as Hannah Montana, but still good.

Doable

adj. Compound word used when describing a person based on attractiveness. Purpose is to signify that the person being described is of average physical appeal, rating between a 4 and 7 on the Hotness Scale.
