Term used to describe when 8 men ejaculate onto a black woman.
Derived from the "8" as in 8 tentacles of te octopus, and how the woman is now black with white spots, as is a Dalmatian.
First mentioned on the 10/10/11 taping of "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson"
