Coalinga is a small town located about half way between San Fransico and Los Angeles in California. Most notible for be ing the home of Harris Ranch beef and resteraunt, it is also home to a state prison and mental hospital. With a population of about 13,000 people, it is nothing more then a desert town. The high school mascot is the Horned Toad and they have a local community college, West Hills. Every may, they hold a festival called The Horned Toad Derby where they have horned toad races.

Back then, on old corny Westerns, an Amerindian's greeting was stereotypically, "How!" to be rejoined with a "How!" So How morphed into Cow and an "abunga" was added for silly kid ― or those with Peter Pan syndrome ― fun.
