Bulbasack

Elongated neck meat stretching from the bottom of the chin to the upper chest at the base of the neck, making the chin seen nonexistent. May resemble the pouch on the neck of a frog. Thought to have, at one time in the evolutionary process, been used to store extra food during colder months.
