Andrew is such a bourgeois pig, a few days ago I saw him playing golf with the CEO of the company with those plastic golf clubs spray painted silver. What a cheap ass, we all know that he can barely afford the knockoffs he always wears!

It is mostly used to describe people who would be considered middle class using brands like Becca, or wearing fake Gucci. It's almost like calling out those trying to act above their station.
Can be used as an insult but is most often used as something to hype up one's friends/partner
