A shortening of the word 'blatently' but used more frequently in sentances, often by those who adopt a somewhat more, 'chavvy' life style.
Similar to blate, blates, blato, etc.

"Yes yes bruvskin! Wanna go (insert chav-like activity here)?"

"OOOOOOHHH!! BLAYTEZ!!!!!"
