Flackrifice

When one gets flack for sacrificing one activity for another while prioritizing.

Joe hasn't been showing up to volunteer helping adolescent hockey players because his friend is sick at the psych ward and requires company. Joe's girlfriend's younger brother plays on the team and misses the coach, so he starts whining to his sister Mary. Mary isn't fond of Joes friend John because he remorselessly broke Mary's best friends heart via a text message to call off the relationship, so she gives Joe a hard time about missing a few weeks of practices, to which he replies "oh the Flackrifice."
