The nation of Birbia has risen to human levels of intelligence in modern times, and their commander general and figurehead of nation has declared war on many human nations on grounds of human cruelty to the lesser intelligent birbs who live there. Their main aim is to retrieve rightful birbians back to their dedicated nation as full citizens and prevent the world from exploiting them for cheap labour.
Birbia is well known for setting ducks, either alone or in groups, as field agents attempting to terrorize the humans in the location of their posting and spread Birbian propaganda.
