Muscle relaxant. It can treat muscle spasms and relaxes the body. Definitely not an upper, it's stimulant, as suggested on the show Riverdale during episode 2, Season 2 when Archie asked Reggie for something too"keep him on high alert".

My neck is so stiff that I was prescribed Baclofen to relax the tension.

He liked to come down from jingle jangle at night by taking Valium and Baclofen for sleep.

An example of a Baclestaurant is Adelphias in Deptford, New Jersey.

Another example is:

Friend 1: “Hey what are you guys trying to do tonight? We could hit a bar, club, or restaurant.”
Friend 2: “Why don’t we hit all three!?”
