Anakin’s Paradox

When the action of one’s doing to prevent something ends up being the catalyst for its occurrence. For example, if I set out to save a fish, and my attempt to save the fish ends up getting the fish killed, then this is Anakin’s Paradox.

anaklusmos

Percy Jackson’s sword. Its Greek name is anaklusmos, but in English it means riptide. It was revealed by the sword of summer (Jack) that anaklusmos is a girl. Seriously who would have thought. Also the sword transforms into a ballpoint pen so it’s easier to carry around.

Percy reaches into his pocket to grab his ballpoint pen and pulls off the cap so it grows to it’s full length transforming into riptide the sword (or anaklusmos) and killed the monster.

Anakin

A really fucking lit person who always has your back. He can seem a little cocky at times but usually he is really caring and generous. He has heard all of the Star Wars jokes in existence so don’t even bother cracking one when u meet him. Anakin has a huge dick even though it may not seem like it. But most of all, Anakin will look out for all of his friends and will do his best to please them.

Analog Book

Commonly referred to as "Books" by people of the time, these objects were used by people as their source of reading before the eBook. Operated by turning pieces of paper that contained words written in actual ink. During this time people were inconvenienced by driving downtown and checking these materials out for free at a "Public Library," which was a place that loaned books out for a 2 week period.

Guy #1) Hey, what is that?

Guy #2) It's J.D. Salinger's "Catcher in the Rye."

Guy #1) Umm, where is the On/Off switch?

Guy #2) It's an Analog Book, I just turn the pages of paper.

Guy #1) Wow, where did you get that at?

Guy #2) At the Public Library.
